Our Story

It started as a brunch in Colorado. A handful of women in tech who wanted to talk about something other than roadmaps and standups. That brunch turned into a hike. The hike turned into a Slack group. The Slack group turned into panels, job referrals, late-night DMs, and real friendships.

Now we're 2,000+ members strong in Colorado, with a brand new Utah chapter and more on the way.

Women&TECH isn't a networking group. It's the friends you text when you're thinking about quitting, the group chat that hypes you up before a big talk, and the people who show up on Saturdays to hike it out.

Founded by Katrina in 2023.
